Know what you’re getting.

Do members need an app?
No. The member portal is a web app that opens from a link in an email — no password, nothing to install. It can be added to a phone’s home screen for quicker access. More on member access.
Can we keep using WhatsApp?
Yes. ChapelHQ is not a WhatsApp integration — keep WhatsApp for conversation, and let ChapelHQ hold the schedule and the replies as the record everyone can check.
Can we export our records?
Yes. People, attendance, giving and other records export to CSV from inside the app, whenever you want, without asking us. More on exports.
Where is our data hosted?
In a database hosted in Singapore, the nearest region to Malaysia our hosting offers. Your church’s records remain governed under Malaysian law, handled by people in your time zone. Full hosting detail.
