For churches in Malaysia
Rotas, children’s check-in, groups, giving and room bookings — in one place, built for churches with more to do than people to do it.
Free while we’re in pilot. No card, no contract.

Children & check-in
Every child gets a printed tag with their allergy in red and a one-time pickup code. Only an adult on their authorised list can collect them — and when someone else turns up, you can still release the child, but the record says who, and why, in your name.

One place for the work that currently lives in a spreadsheet, a WhatsApp group and someone’s memory.
Build a rota across your teams, fill the gaps, publish it once. Everyone gets their own dates and can confirm or say they can’t make it.
Small groups, courses and ministry teams. Members can ask to join; leaders take attendance.
Open an event for sign-ups, take guest numbers, and run a waitlist when it fills.
Record gifts by fund and method, and produce a member’s statement. Visible to administrators only.
Members request a room, the office approves. Double-bookings are refused before they happen.
Build a connect card or sign-up form, share one link, read the responses. Export to CSV.

Not another login to forget — there are no passwords. Members tap a link in their email and they’re in, on their phone, seeing only what concerns them.

Built for Malaysia’s PDPA from the start, not bolted on. Every church’s records are separated at the database level. Members can see and download their own data, or ask for it to be deleted — and the office gets a queue with the 30-day clock on it. Children’s records are never included in another member’s download.
ChapelHQ is in pilot with a small number of churches in Malaysia. It’s free while we’re there, and we’ll help you move your people across.
